Can your replicas fire real Ammunition?

Most of our replica guns are non-firing models. They cannot fire real ammunition or be modified to fire real ammunition. Attempting to modify the replicas is illegal and dangerous. Our Blank-Firing models can only be fired with the intended, correct blank ammunition. Our Black Powder firearms are FIRING reproductions that should ONLY be used with the correct loads and caliber projectiles.

Can I sharpen the swords?

Some of the swords have carbon steel blades and can be sharpened. Others have stainless steel blades and cannot be sharpened. Please call us with specific questions.

Are your swords "Combat Ready"?

Our swords cannot be used for combat.

Does Armoryofreplicas.com sell my personal information?

No. We have a strict privacy policy and no information is sold or shared with 3rd parties.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Special freight rates apply for overseas customers. Please contact us for a freight quote. Also, overseas orders must be prepaid. Some of our products, such as blank ammunition, cannot be shipped overseas.

Do you backorder items that are not available at the time of shipping?

Yes. If you order an item that appears to be in stock on the website, and it has sold out, you will be notified within 1 business day of the backorder. Customers have the option to cancel backorders at any time.

Will I be charged for items not shipped?

No, we do not charge your credit card until the order has been verified, processed, and being sent to the warehouse for shipment.

Can I request a paper catalog?

We do not have a paper catalog at this time.

What are my payment options?

Retail customers are required to pay by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or Paypal. We also accept cashier’s check or money order.

When I place an order on the internet, how will I know if the item is out of stock?

We try our best to keep the website up to date so you will know before placing the order if the item is in stock. However, the website will not always have the most current inventory information. If there is a problem with your order, we will call you or send an email. All internet orders will receive a confirmation e mail after the order is placed.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 5 business days.

When does my credit card get charged?

We charge your credit card the moment the item or items are processed and sent to the warehouse for shipping. Freight for International orders: The freight on our site applies to local shipments in the USA only. Please email or contact us for freight quotes on your international orders.

I received a damaged item(s). What do I do?

We are not responsible for loss of merchandise or merchandise damaged in transit. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made to the carrier promptly and the complete package retained for inspection. If you receive a damaged shipment, keep all packaging materials exactly as you received them so the carrier can inspect the shipment. Claims for receipt of defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods. Authorized returns for defective merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number displayed on the outside of all the returned packages. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Do you have a no hassle return policy?

YES! For a prompt exchange or refund, hang on to a copy of your invoice. Please email us to obtain return authorization. Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise item in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories in tact, for a refund, excluding shipping & handling charges (we do not refund any shipping charges). Items are also subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Items that are opened, used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, saleable condition cannot be returned.
Note: Armory of Replicas must authorize all merchandise returns. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Customers will be held liable and no refund will be issued for any merchandise that is returned without a RMA number. In order to exchange a product or receive a full refund, items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in new and saleable condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

How do I calculate my freight?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the product(s) you purchase. Retail internet shipping options can be selected in the shopping cart. Freight is estimated based on UPS rates, however, charges may vary for P.O. or APO Boxes and will be based on USPS rates. We will contact you via email with tracking information or with updates to shipping information.
Shipments to Canada: No modern firearm replicas (models post 1898) can be shipped to Canada. We require full payment in advance in US Dollars, Bank Draft payable in US Dollars, or International Money Order. Check your Customs and Postal Departments for import regulations and duties.
Shipping Restrictions: California, Connecticut, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Puerto Rico and Wisconsin either restrict or prohibit commerce in imitation firearms that are replicas of modern firearms. We can only ship modern replica firearms to these jurisdictions under certain circumstances. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding specific restrictions in these areas. Some states and local jurisdictions may impose restrictions on black powder firing guns. Please check your local statues to ensure the purchase of the products complies with any applicable laws at the point of destination.
